Domino Redevelopment Update

Construction continues on the historic Domino Sugar plant.
The old brick building is getting additional floors and the top will include a curved roof. The top floor will have magnificent views.
The barrel vaulted room on the 14th floor will be used for events.
The additional floors are more visible from the back of the building.
Excavation is also underway for site D at the complex. This large two tower building was originally going to be connected by a mid-air skybridge, but this element has since been cancelled in favor of a more traditional two-tower design. The towers will now be 36 and 31 stories on top of an eight-story podium, for a total of 44 stories.
Below, the historic structure meets with site D.
Site D is the farthest South and overlooks the Williamsburg Bridge.
The largest tower of the complex is not yet under construction.
