A new luncheonette is coming to Montrose Avenue a block from Sternberg Park.

The new eatery does not appear to have a liquor license nor does it have an open application.

The interior has some built-in booths and a counter with stools and appears it will be a classic luncheonette.

While there is an instagram account set up for the restaurant, there are not yet any posts.

Just next door to the location is the Brooklyn Ball Factory, a cafe featuring Japanese inspired food.

The building at 97 and 99 Montrose has struggled to hold businesses in recent years and has included a cafe, an Annex of Spoonbill and Sugartown bookstore, an antiques and vintage shop, and a clothing store.
