The three-tower development at 77 Commercial Street has risen quickly with the cladding on the mid-rise section going up along the street.

The facade has gone up and glass has been installed along the smallest of the towers.

Back in December, the lower section hadn’t even hit 7-stories.

The burnt umber of the facade stands out against the white concrete.

The towers are visible from the east-west cross streets.
