A new self-storage center and surface parking lot are under construction between Bogart and Morgan Ave.

Storage Deluxe purchased the property to build a 7-story self-storage facility. The facility will be operated by CubeSmart.

About half the lot is now a surface parking lot, an urban planning tragedy given that the lot is literally on top of the Morgan Avenue L train.

The former warehouse on the site was a mixed use building of brick. The lot cost the developer around $45m.

In may of 2019, Storage Deluxe bought the 80,000 square foot warehouse.
