Lucy’s Vietnamese has opened on Grand Street.

Known for their brisket served as a pho soup or on a sandwich, the restaurant uses vegan broth — something rival Mama Pho just down the street doesn’t have.

This is the fourth location of the burgeoning chain.

We first reported their imminent arrival back in April.

This week the restaurant has restaurant week specials that includes a flat rate for a soup, one summer roll, and a Vietnamese coffee.
