Moonburger *opens*
The Hudson Valley, meatless burger mini-chain Moonburger has opened. Located at 126 Bedford Ave, the store takes over the never-was Cutlets location. Moonburger is a trendy Hudsonn Valley burger joint founded during the pandemic and endorsed by Bon Appétit editor Amiel Stanek and YouTube celebrity Alison Roman. Usually trendy eateries launch in Brooklyn and then go upstate, but apparently the pandemic changed everything.

20UR Coffee *coming soon*
Signs promising the international coffee chain 20UR went up on the corner of 127 Bedford Avenue, formerly home to medical offices for Glenn Muraca. Not much is available online about this shop, but there is a location possible in Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and elsewhere in the Middle East. There is a franchise video available here, but outside a few glamor shots of coffee and company logos, offers little substance.

Vittoria *temporarily closed*
Vittoria Mercato, a Italian-esque cafe has the brown paper. Signs on the window claim they’re on vacation, which maybe they are, although all too often having brown paper over storefront windows means the shop is on vacation like Forrest Gump’s father was on vacation. We’re hoping one of our favorite cafes is just having some time off and comes back soon.
