City Pools Set to Open Tomorrow

New York City Pools are set to open on June 27. Here’s what you need to know:
The city’s pools might offer cool relief from the summer heat, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few rules to follow.
Visitors must bring their own combination locks. Pool officials are very, very concerned your things might get stolen. This is so much of a concern, the city officially recommends leaving your credit card at home too. It’s unclear if this is an endorsement of fare evasion or just an entirely unrealistic expectation.
If that isn’t weird enough, men must have a lining in their bathing suit. Parks officials might even want to look in your pants to confirm all this.
If you’re planning on wearing a shirt, make sure its white because only white shirts are allowed.
And don’t forget, the pools are closed between 3pm and 4pm to ensure a maximum pain in the ass experience. If you don’t believe these silly rules exist, you confirm yourself right here.
