Kinhfolk, a Vietnamese coffee shop is coming to Metropolitan Avenue a half block from the Graham Avenue L train.

The new store located at 710 Metropolitan Avenue is just a sign on a glassdoor at the moment. Its part of the ground floor retail in the Umbrella Factory that has been under construction for the last several years.

Former Graham Ave retailer Casa Ziki is relocating to the building this summer as well.

The shop has operated as a pop-up previously, including an inaugural event in the owner’s apartment.

According to the website, Kinhfolk promises to bring “authentic” Vietnamese coffee using the traditional phin brew method.
