Sparsa *coming soon*

Sparsa, a Brooklyn wellness center with Yoga, Pilates, Massage and more is coming to Graham Avenue. The center currently has a location on Manhattan Ave in Greenpoint. The studio will replace Grand Nail Salon, which moved to Metropolitan Avenue last year.

Homerun *open*

Homerun, a design shop featuring t-shirts and apparel and accessories has opened at 366 Graham Avenue next door to Variety Coffee in the former tattoo parlor. The shop has been renovated inside with clean lines and sparse decorations. Shirts start at $60 and some hoodies are listed online for $300.

Union Home *closed*

High-end home decor shop Union Home closed in December. The shop featured some stunning furniture and housewares. The shop has moved to be online only. When it opened, it was the first shop in the retail location since the corner lot was rebuilt. The site had at one time been home to Motorino and the “leaning tower of pizza.” It was also the one time world headquarters of North Brooklyn Dispatch.
