Florida-based Greek bistro Meraki has soft-opened in Williamsburg.

The restaurant has been building out the storefront since last summer.

Greenpointers spoke to the owners who said they had long hoped to open in New York.

The interior is white and blue and meant to evoke the Greek Island life.

The restaurant’s website still says coming soon, but the Instagram tells another story, with pictures of seafood-heavy dishes ready to eat.
