(Nothing Comes) Before Coffee took over the small store front on Meserole Street renovating the space once occupied by Mountain Province coffee.

The shop has a simplified menu and pastries — the standard pastries most gentrified coffee shops have in the area. The newly built shop has shrunk the space. There aren’t tables any more, just some sleek couches.

The counter has been pushed forward too, creating a much larger service area than before, and shrinking customer space.

Mountain Province was focused on single-origin beans from the Philippines.

Nothing Comes Before Coffee opened right at the end of August at 9 Meserole Street, at the intersection of Union Ave.
