Guest House is currently under construction but a bar and restaurant are planned.

The bar is located midblock between Grand Street and Maujer, across from the Chase Bank.

The location has been a revolving door of defunct businesses but renovations of the interior appear to be well underway with an entire bar installed.

The liquor authority has issued a conditional approval on February 24, 2023 for on premise consumption.
