A new coffee shop opened on Montrose Avenue over the weekend.

109 Montrose — the address and the business name — is a tiny shop selling coffee, seltzer and apparel.

A collab between LQQK studio and Young Coffee, the shop offers both t-shirts and caffeine.

The weekend saw a soft opening for the new shop that intends to serve up coffee from 8am to 4pm Tuesday through Sunday.

The launch party featured burgers and a DJ. Check out 109 Montrose on Instagram.

Earlier in the day, a sparse orange sign advertised coffee.
