171 North 1st Street Construction Update

The new apartment building North 1st is almost ready for exterior cladding.
Ground broke in the spring for the new residential building. The triangular lot is between Bedford and Driggs, with 200 feet of street frontage along North 1st.
The seven-story building has 57 units and on-site parking.
