5 Withers is an odd shaped lot and the last empty lot on the block. The space is a small triangle created at the intersection of N 9th and Withers. Behind the lot is the large 250 North 10th, that runs from Withers Street along Union Avenue, up the diagonal North 10th as far as Roebling.
