Bonnie’s Cantonese American Comes to Williamsburg

Williamsburg has a new upscale Cantonese restaurant — assuming the gas is ever turned on.
Bonnie’s was open but only serving cold food this past weekend with a note explaining the gas was yet to be turned on. The new restaurant is a product of Calvin Eng, a Brooklyn native and Chinese American. According to his website, the restaurant is named for his mother.
The restaurant’s instagram shows off some delicious looking dishes.
Hours are not yet listed on the restaurant website, but this looks like a great addition to the neighborhood.
